Final picture from LA: this is the "Old Lady Who Lives in A Shoe" house that Kevin took us to see as part of his massive Guided Tour of LA. Unfortunately, it's under construction so you don't quite get the full storybookness of it all, but apparently it's quite a sight when unobscured. Kevin also took us by the Brady Bunch house, the back of Sunnyvale [ed. Sunnydale] from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the house where Dick Clark keeps his dogs.

It's Sunnydale, not Sunnyvale. Nerd.

Funny side fact, the school from Buffy the Vampire Slayer is the EXACT SAME SCHOOL from Beverly Hills 90210. And some other show I'm not remembering.

Just to touch upon that whole "house where Dick Clark keeps his dogs" thing...

Jerf, Monica, and I (Chris) all stayed over at Britt-from-TROOP!'s house in Burbank, which is just a short walk away from The Tonight Show. At one point, Britt pointed across the street and said "Yeah, that's Dick Clark's house for his dogs."

Apparently, Mr. Dick Clark, who works right around the corner, bought an ENTIRE HOUSE to keep his dogs in while he works. I'm going to type that one more time now.

DICK CLARK BOUGHT AN ENTIRE HOUSE TO KEEP HIS DOGS IN WHILE HE WORKS.

I do think the dogs are supposed to be of a bigger breed, but still, a small one-family house? Unfortunately, we saw neither Dick nor Dogs while staying there, but this still blew my reasonably-hard-to-blow mind.

There it is. Chris is now on record as being "reasonably hard-to-blow." Take note girls.
