So I was reading the paper today and I come across the headline: "Qatar Bans Use of Children as Jockeys for Camels" I think to myself OK, that's pretty straight-forward. I have acquired that information. I probably don't need to read the article. But then I remember something Stefan said once, about how he could never bring himself to NOT read an article because who was he to decide what's newsworthy? So for some reason I read the article. Here are the first two paragraphs:
"Qatar said Wednesday that it was banning the use of children as jockeys in camel races, a favorite sport in the Persian Gulf region that has been widely criticized over the use of children brought in from southern Asia.
The move, announced after a cabinet meeting, follows an announcement by the government that it was preparing to substitute robots for jockeys beginning next year."
Whoa whoa WHOA! ROBOTS?! I'm sorry, I don't care if I missed part 1 of this particular news story however many days ago that was. ALL SUBSEQUENT HEADLINES ON THIS SUBJECT MUST FEATURE ROBOTS. Not to bash children two posts in a row, but they are vastly inferior to robots. I would read about robots in a heartbeat. Children? Not so much.
The moral of the story is, read absolutely everything available all the time.

This has been another episode of "Boys with a Blog."
Okay, I thought of a better joke. How bout "Writing in Blogs with Boys." It's kind of like "Riding in Cars with Boys." Get it? I think that's great. HahahahahahLOL.
I know lots of girls who love robots.
Does Tivo count as a robot?
Tivo counts as a friend, if that's what you mean.
