Tom: The Dancing Bug: The Movie

I've really enjoyed "Tom, The Dancing Bug," Ruben Bolling's comic strip, since college, where the printed it in... the Ithaca Times, I want to say? Who knows? Those were the four years I was constantly hepped up on seitan.

Anyway, turns out that one his regular features, "Harvey Richards, Lawyer for Children," has been optioned as a movie for New Line. If they can figure out some way to translate a nine panel comic strip into a feature length film, retaining Bolling's unique brand of humor, more power to 'em.

I mean, it certainly worked for Garfield, and that was three panels.
