Holy crap was Chicago Sketchfest awesome.
Superthanks to Brian Posen and Jill Valentine and Brandon Campbell and Kathy and Kirby and The Animal Club and everyone in it for places to perform, stay and party (and stay), respectively.
Additional thanks to everyone who came to see us and all the new people we met and all the old people we met again and all the wonderful breakfasts we ate. That's right, I'm thanking a meal.
And for anyone who lives in Chicago or will be in Chicago this coming Thursday-Sunday, go do yourself a favor and check out some more Sketchfest. You owe it to yourselves.

how was the frittata? i tried to convince mary to carry some back for me in her pocket, but no luck.
the croissant was delightfully full of spinach and feta! yummy!

yeah, i guess i should have said "full of frittata/pancakes, unless you're marni, in which case, i hope the transition from blue line to orange line went ok, and you should have gotten a later flight out so you wouldn't have missed the breakfast which was very nice except that kirby kind of burned the pancakes, but they tasted good anyway."
