To All You Jerks Who Love Ketchup But Hate Mustard

Well guess what, jerks. My friend Erika makes pretty much everything imaginable from scratch (soap, candles, etc...) and we were talking the other day about ketchup and how hard it is to make at home and we looked over the ingredients and check it out:

Homemade Ketchup
1 peck tomatoes (approximately 8 quarts)
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups cider vinegar
3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons
dry mustard

Um. Okay.

What this means, of course, is the next time you hear someone celebrating ketchup's infinite awesomeness and mustard’s ridiculous lameosity, you can just quietly agree with them and feel confident in your copping a totally superior attitude.

Also, if that didn'’t blow your freaking mind, did you know that mustard also has ketchup in it?
