The Onion

Thanks, The Onion! We got a nice write-up/blurb in this week's print edition:

"Elephant Larry proves that sketch comedy doesn't have to be simple or easy. In fact, smart is to be expected from a quintet of Cornell graduates writing comedy sketches. Elephant Larry is never just clever for clever's sake: All of the witty references in their last show (Boom!) were balanced with a measured does of silliness and the kind of inspired absurdum that recalls Monty Python (without ripping them off). For their residency at Peoples Improv Theater, the troupe's sketches will be more character-based, though still sharp and performed with Elephant Larry's usual breakneck speed. Arrive early for Saturday's show, as Elephant Larry's run has been sold out thus far."
