So because I've been obsessively checking Ice Rocket and Technorati for blogging about the below-mentioned Great Sketch Experiment, and found this guy who says: "Curious that most of the humour revolves around police and policing, perhaps a commentary on the general state of american consciousness."
Of course, it's absolutely not a coincidence since all the groups that were competing were asked to submit police-themed sketches. Of course, now that I look at the JibJab GSE website, it's not at all apparent that that was part of the "experiment." So the dude is right, it does seem a little peculiar. Funny.

I guess, except we originally wrote "Tall Cop" for our a Commentary On The General State Of American Consciousness theme show.
Remember? We had a chance to use a realistic commentary on the general state of american consciousness set, and of course, jumped at the chance.
Then we revised it, adding in new commentary on the general state of american consciousness sketches for the Fringe Festival.
What fun we had!
