Pink Lady

I’ve never been much of a candy person. However, I have always been pretty sure of the following: the scientists who created the “sour apple” candy flavor—so common to blow pops and jolly ranchers and what have you—were a bunch of jerks who’d never experienced what a real apple actually tastes like.

But I guess I was wrong. About five minutes ago I bit down into one of these bad girls, and I see now that I, Chris Principe, am the jerk.

I also almost choked, and spat my first bite into the garbage ‘cause I thought I’d somehow eaten a big chunk of candy. Guh.
