Where's The Beef?

I don't know about you, but it only took about three months for my Sudoku experience to go from challenging and mind-invigorating to boring and kind of soulless. So hooray! Because Marybee and I came up with an easy way to make Sudoko sort of interesting again. It's called "Where's The Beef?" and here's how you play:

1) Find a Sudoku puzzle.
2) Replace each number with a letter, using the simple formula, 1=A, 2=B, 3=C, etc.
3) Now, try and complete the puzzle. (It's somehow harder. Not sure why.)
4) Once you're done, see if you spelled the word "BEEF" anywhere. If you didn't, ah well. But if you did, watch out! 'Cause you're an amazing and wonderful person!

An amazing and wonderful person who screwed up somewhere along the line and will have to start the puzzle over!
