So as most of you know (Elephant Larry and Brian, that is), we were in Los Angeles this past weekend. And it was really cool. We enjoyed ourselves a lot and it was fun! Haha!
First we got there. That was fun. We stayed with two members of LA's premier sketch comedy group Troop! I'm not excited about that. The exclamation point is included. But I AM excited about the fact that Kevin and Britt were awesome hosts. Well, Kevin was awesome. I stayed with Kevin. Britt seemed like she was lame as hell. Joking!
On Friday we went to the beach. The beach was fun! Mary and Stefan and I played on the rings. We hurt our arms very badly! It hurt! Our muscles still hurt! But we did see the sun set over the Pacific. That was beautiful, and made us forget our horrible shoulder pain for one second exactly.
On Saturday, Kevin from Troop! took us around LA. That's where we took pictures with the Hollywood sign. We saw Beverly Hills, and the Brady Bunch house and Melrose Place and everything! We didn't see the La Brea tarpits though. This was incredibly disappointing to me.
Both nights we performed and it was cool. I almost threw up onstage because I played Alex's part (ineffectively) in Not That Batman, and Jeff decided to take this opportunity to make the MOST DISGUSTING BAT IN NOT THAT BATMAN HISTORY. And he was bleeding onstage for some reason. I'd like everyone to imagine Jeff's bleeding face offering them purple turkey for a moment. Nice.
Then we got to see Troop! perform. They were hilarious. It was my first time seeing them at full-strength, and I was impressed off my rocker. Funny as hell stuff, highly recommended to Elephans West.
Overall we had fun long post over bye!

Hey Cantanky! We're coming to SF in January! For comedy!
This way you won't have to drive ten hours or fly 3000 miles.
