Saturday the 14th

You know what would be awesome? A movie where, for the first twelve minutes or so, the characters live in a world of non-stop horror, being chased by ghosts, monsters, dudes with pick-axes, whatever.

Then, the characters' horror-filled existences are shattered by a series of increasingly peaceful events, until, by the end of the movie nothing bad is happening, and they have no choice but to stay where they are and hang out.

Also, everybody believes them the entire time, especially the cops, who show up way before anything especially terrible happens, taking the problem out of the main characters hands.

Then, just when you think its all over, one last really nice thing happens, and its very clear that nothing mysterious or weird was really going on at all, they were probably freaking out about some trees or ate a bad cake and had nightmares.

Anyway, I'd watch that movie.
