Duct Tape!

God damn it, I need a digital camera.

On my walk to work this morning, I passed by a bicycle in the middle of Astor Place that was covered entirely in duct tape.

I know that last sentence isn't stinging with excitement, but believe me, there was something really, really cool about this. When you look at the bike, you can tell that whoever spear-headed this project(?) totally knows what they’re doing. Especially when it comes to wrapping lots and lots of duct tape around what might actually be some one else’s bike.

In lieu of photographic proof, check out some mediocre duct tape art. Personal favorites include: the “world's largest” duct tape flag, a duct tape Bob Marley portrait, and an all-duct tape suit. Maybe Alex will be a nice dude and take a digital snapper of the bike and post it later on? Maybe?
