1) Akin to 4:20, 10:10 is the time when you drink. This is because you have ten fingers, the perfect amount for holding and drinking two drinks at once.

2) In actuality, 10:10 is the time you display that you have ten fingers, shout "Ten Ten! Wooo!" and almost never actually drink.
