AKA Skirt Day, which is one of my favorite days of the year. Of course, I prefer to spend it outside, which I won't do today, since I'm busy.
Actually, it might take a significantly less windy day for it to actually be Skirt Day, because of all the potential skirt blowage associated with wind.
Perhaps it's Skort Day?
This is False Skirt Day - the first day girls who have been wearing tank tops all winter decide they can really get their skank on with some strappy sandals.
Real Skirt Day isn't until the first week of April or so - with Easter weekend being the traditional debut.
Today is actually Get Your Belly In The Sun Day.

Sure, skirt day is the day skirts reappear in New York, but when is Neal Day, the day Neal reappears in New York?
