The Elephant Larry Code Puzzle #6

Geoff Haggerty, the crack cryptographer, and Jeff Solomon, a sexy daughter who is sexy, have travelled to a shopping mall to find that aging academic Chris Principe is shopping in Esprit. They rush into the store quickly, and see Chris stationed by the pants suits, checking out a fetching but business-like summer ensemble.

"Hello my friends," Chris said welcomingly. "You have travelled a long way, and found me at this store. However, I hold not the answers you seek, but more clues!"

"Clues," said Geoff Haggerty, the crack cryptographer. "I'm so tired of clues! What about answers?"

Undeterred, Chris Principe handed our heroes a poem!

Hidden in the poem is a secret message. Can you figure it out before I do?

But soft!
Under what light
Yonder window breaks?

Tis the east, and Juliet
Is the sun.
Canned food be nice,
Ketchup be better.
Eat upon
Thy balcony,
Shallow grave it may be.

To young!
Oh youth!

Oh, though Juliet
Under the balcony
Rests her head.

So fast
Has our love gone
Oh fair maiden
Why don't you buy tickets to our show?

I found the hidden message. If you take out all the words it clearly says

!?,.,.,.!!,.'?
