I submit: Jeff Weaver and Michael Showalter.
Basically Jeff Weaver is just Michael Showalter put through a Red-Hatted Shrink-o-later.
The only other difference is Michael Showalter is a brilliant comedian and Jeff Weaver is a miserable coward.
