Hm. Interesting. Personally, my first inclination is, yeah those juices probably taste good, because creativity is a positive and beautiful thing (like an orange). But on the other hand, when I think of the term "get those creative juices flowing" - that makes the juices seem like they're part of a thick and viscous river. And who wants to drink that?
Perhaps "juices" harkens back to a time when people used words like "harkens". And "humours". So maybe another expression would be "creative humours". And if you're a comic-type person, you would want to stimulate your "humorous humours".
