Not to re-start a generally continuous debate about letter grades, but I think, in the scheme of things, I'd rather get an "F" than a "D+" .
F means absolute failure, and you can say, "Oh well, no way I could have done that. I have no knowledge in that area."
D+ means that you tried, and couldn't even reach average.
In fact, I'd rather have a "D" than a "D+" . A "D" means you just managed to pull yourself past failing, despite a basic lack of understanding of the subject at hand. In that way, a "D" is like a little miracle.
I would go as far as to say a "D+" is the one grade I hope I never get.
On another note, "Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" gets an A in my book.

I'm going to get the obligatory "I give this post a D+" joke out of the way now.
Content: B
Spelling: C ("Did you mean contentious?")
EL Blog Meta-ness: B+
Comment Bait: B+
Overall Grade: SU-FI minus -- From the title, I thought for sure this post's sole purpose was going to be to mess with Google Adwords.
