I watched the first five minutes or so of this yesterday, so I think that makes me eminently qualified to review it.
There were some things I liked. The fact that it's about ugly guys becoming a team of thieves is way more interesting than most shows about ugly guys being married to ridiculously hot women. I also liked one joke in particular: when that guy from The Tao Of Steve asks what they should call themselves, one of them responds "Batman."
That was pretty funny. But I am willing to bet that if you watched any random episode of any "whatever"-level sitcom, even the ones linked above, you would sincerely laugh at least once. Go ahead. Watch. I dare you.
But, in the end, the show looks like it's just about shlubby guys talking about how shlubby they are. And I am not yet comfortable with my own shlubbiness to be entertained by it.

And yet, you are comfortable enough to sing in front of an audience while wearing a giant cupcake costume.
Interesting.
Can it, bananaman.
And in the interest of full disclosure, I was NOT comfortable wearing that giant cupcake costume.
But it's a great costume.
Mmm... anthropomorphicious.
Did anyone else watching the evening news last night see that news anchor who, while discussing the hero guy that jumped on top of the seizing kid on the subway tracks, paraphrased a witness by saying with a deadly-serious face:
"One witness summed up the man's heroism by exclaiming, 'That man is Spiderman'" ?
Hilarious.
