That's what I always thought it was, and that's what it should be. I mean, Intents and Purposes? Isn't that just boring and slightly redundant?

I found out it wasn't "intensive purposes" when a friend said how dumb she felt that she used to think that was the phrase, and I was like, "Heh heh... wait, what's the problem?"
I also like "intensive purposes" better. It sounds more... extreme.
