On A Serious Note

Not to really weigh down the normal comedy group proceedings around here, but I did want to take a moment to encourage everybody to consider donating a little something to the relief efforts currently underway after the recent tsunamis in Southern Asia. It's requiring one of the biggest humanitarian relief efforts ever, and more than anything, relief organizations need cash to get their operations up and running. Government relief money will be forthcoming, but it's slower than personal donations, and right now there are hundreds of thousands of homeless and hurt people all over the region. I know money can be tight around the holidays, but even a little is helpful. Sorry to be so annoying and guilt-inducing-sounding. But it's kind of a big deal.

Amazon has set up a donation page, right on the front of their website, where the money goes to the Red Cross Disaster Relief fund. If you already have an Amazon account, this is a fairly easy way to donate.
