I accidentally prank called The White House yesterday.
I was playing Trivial Pursuit with my ladyfriend when we happened upon a question: "If you call 202-456-Something-something-something-something (I honestly don't remember), where are you calling?" She knew that the answer was The White House, which flabbergasted me. How did she know that? Why was the White House's number in Trivial Pursuit? Would it still work, since it was a Trivial Pursuit from 1896-ish? I had to investigate.
I immediately dialed the number into my cell phone, honestly expecting some disconnected number or White House gift shop or something. Which it probably was, but it did not allay my sudden fear when a voice on the other end severely, loudly answered "THE WHITE HOUSE."
I hung up.
Now I'm worrying that I'm on some kind of directory of people who prank called The White House or, worse yet, some kind of Known-Criminal database, just for kicks. Then again, I was also worried that I didn't write anything in the "Total Money" slot on my receipt at Cold Stone Creamery the other night. So I'm paranoid.

It's really a Creamery? That's sorta gross.
That's so weird! I was actually prank called last night by some young girl, and I decided to play along. After about a minute of me not getting annoyed, she got suspicious, and asked if I was a cop. I said, "Yes, I'm a policeman, and you're in a lot of trouble." And then hung up.
She didn't call back!
