Seems to me Alex's pose may simply be an attempt to dislodge Geoff from his thigh-centric penis. With the mischevious grin evident on Geoff it seems safe to assume his teeth were employed in the procedure.
Clawball does not require oral sex. That was just an added bonus for the Zalbone.
