I think that doctor in the picture should have a thought bubble saying something to the effect of, "That's right ladies. I'm a doctor, and I saved a cute dog, which I'm hugging right now, and yes, it was reported in the LOCAL NEWS. Why don't you hand your pussies over this way..."
