I want to emphasize that Geoff is somehow making fun of Rosa Parks.
I haven't figured out how yet, but I'm sure he is.
Geoffrey is referencing lyrics from the controversial OutKast classic, "Rosa Parks," which the activist despised (and possibly did not understand).
