ELEPHANT LARRY SELLS GROUP BLOG TO GOOGLE FOR $0 BILLION

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

October 10, 2006, NEW YORK - Elephant Larry, the web’s foremost resource for the New York based sketch comedy group Elephant Larry, is proud to announce that after furious negotiations, Google has purchased their group blog for $0 Billion.

“It was a no-brainer,” said group representative Alexander Zalben in a statement to the press today. “Google owns Blogger. Our group blog is hosted by Blogger. We basically had no choice.”

While the Elephant Larry Group Blog has been courted in the past by such websites as ElephantLarry.com, and XBallOnline.com/elephantlarry, it was Google's ownership of the blog that made it the front runner.

Zalben continued, “We are looking forward to working with Google on improving the functionality of our Group Blog. They say they’ll send us regular e-mails when they update the software.”

“I’m also,” he continued with a chuckle, “looking forward to spending that money.”

Sources close to Elephant Larry are unsure if they know that $0 Billion is no money.
