After driving about 18 hours (straight through) from Denver to Austin, I hallucinated a person running out into the road and I nearly crashed trying to swerve around him. Fucked up does not even begin to describe it.

or you could link it to this post by bringing up that Futurama episode: How Hermes Requisitioned his Groove Back - where the guy on the SloMobile had to swerve to avoid the Planet Express Crew. so maybe you were going really slowly, and wouldn't have hit anyone at all, just like that guy.
