Time Warner can't actually hook up my cable unless they go into someone else's backyard, which they refuse to do. For back-up documentation, check out this, which I wish I read before waiting five hours for the cable guy.
In other news, Verizon just asked me to enter my home phone number to find out whether they provide phone service in my area.
